Public is available without sign-in. Limited is distributed deliberately to pilot partners or customers. Internal remains inside operational and corporate contexts. Restricted covers secrets, sensitive findings and incident data.

A publication needs an authoritative source, named owner, product and security review, legal review where necessary, and an end-to-end test of the final route.

Documents with open mandatory gates must not be treated as approved merely because their layout is complete.

Every publication has a code, state, language, review date and edition. Final downloads receive a SHA-256 digest; every file change creates a new release.

Superseded documents remain discoverable with a visible state and point to their successor.

Google Drive remains the working and review environment. Public files are delivered under a VENTEX domain only after sanitisation, metadata review, link checks and controlled export.
