Purpose of an evaluation
A credible evaluation checks more than message delivery. It tests identity, device changes, permissions, recovery and operation under realistic constraints.
Start with synthetic test data and a clearly named pilot group. VENTEX Connect is currently a controlled MVP, not an externally audited system for classified operational data.
Recommended pilot
Two to five people using at least two different device types are sufficient for the first controlled run.
- Name an owner and administrator
- Distribute invitation codes through a controlled channel
- Connect at least one secondary device
- Test direct chat, groups and Mission Rooms separately
- Record device revocation, password change and sign-in recovery
Acceptance criteria
Define success before the pilot begins. That turns a friendly trial into reproducible product evidence.
- Messages and files readable on every authorised device
- Removed devices lose new sessions and key access as documented
- Realtime reconnect creates no duplicates
- Backup and recovery tested in practice
- Known boundaries remain visible in the final report
